You can set the time zone in account setup - have you read the FAQ?

What does the phone say when accutracking is running? Type everything in here.

i already went somewhere with the phone that is set on accutracking but when i go on line its still on the original place where i started.

But clock of accutracking is not the same as my phone. my my phone is the right time.

When your in the ID field - hit the menu button - you will see its on text/word - arrow down 2 or so - till you get to "numeric"... Then it will type numbers...

I mean i already got the tracker ID but when i go to accutracking and click on set up. when i m typing the number is that the keypad is typing a letter instead of number. My phone is motorolla I425.

Didn't get what?

You have to log into the website, go to manage units, and get the ID number of the new unit you created.

Then, you need to get the phone, and open the software (accutracking), go to menu/setup - and enter the ID number you just wrote down /above/ - and then it will send from the phone - to the web page -- and you can now view it on the website.

You get the phone - start accutracking - hit menu - then enter the new 10 digit ID into the phone... Once that is done you re-start the software and it should start reporting the data.

i recharge my accutracking account. i also recharge my boost mobile account. When i go to accutracking and click on accounts and click history or something. i cannot see where is the location of the device. please hlep me or what the number that i can contact you guys for help?
