Remote Control using Boost Phone/Accutracking

by Pegtech » Mon Oct 20, 2008 12:22 pm

Say you have a vehilce finance company and want to remotely track your vehicles and perhaps disable the starter if a customer falls behind on the payments. Or perhaps you are using accutracking to track your own stolen vehicle, giving the police updates over the phone so that they can recover it and arrest the thieves, however, you want to be able to kill the engine once the police get behind it, avoiding a pursuit and saving innocent lives. How cool would that be? Well, we just designed an accessory for the i415 phone that allows this. You simply call the phone, punch in a three digit code, and a relay is activated, controlling the function that you want to control. The relay can be set to turn on for a specific time period and then reset, or it can be programmed to stay on until you call it back and reset it with another code. All this for $100.
