I have seen some good tech support before, but you are the best. Thanks

No. They are not included in the manufacture manual. The covert version is a special version of the AccuTracking software. Follow the instructions at http://support.accutracking.com/docs/bbsetup.html you should see the version.

Which model/version of the Blackberry is totally covert? Thanks

Thanks!

It was there to prevent AccuTracking from being shut down. It does not work on some blackberry firmware versions, so we didn't document this feature.

Now that the totally covert version for BlackBerry is available, we are going to remove this option later.

What does the option "auto restart on exit" do? I can't find a mention of it anywhere.
